We’re not sure when Stevie J and Joseline will get to a better place in their co-parenting journey, but it’s definitely NOT happening after he recently got an arrest warrant on his ex!
According to TMZ, the “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta” stars are back to feuding over their 2-year-old daughter, Bonnie Bella after Joseline allegedly violated their custody agreement. Stevie filed the arrest warrant after Joseline took their daughter during his visitation time.
Stevie had permission to take Bonnie from July 28 to August 11 while Joseline was in Miami shooting “Marriage Boot Camp”. But according to court documents, instead of turning Bonnie Bella over, Joseline took the child and flew to L.A. Stevie responded by filing an arrest warrant against Joseline due to her blatant disregard of the child custody agreement.
An arrest warrant was issued on Thursday after Stevie’s attorney, Adamma McKinnon went to court and ordered Joseline turn the baby over asap or she would be taken into custody. Stevie J arrived in L.A. late Friday after a judge made it clear that if Joseline doesn’t turn the child over, the L.A. County Sheriff’s Dept. is ordered to immediately arrest her.
Stevie says Joseline took their daughter back to Miami and claims that she will meet with one of his adult children who lives in South Florida who will pick up Bonnie.
