After a judge recently awarded Stevie J sole custody of his daughter Bonnie Bella, his ex Joseline Hernandez is begging a judge to give her back.
According to The Blast, Joseline is demanding for 2-year-old Bonnie to be returned to her, and the arrest warrant against her dropped. Stevie filed an arrest warrant against his ex last Thursday after he accused her of violating their custody agreement. The judge sided with Stevie and issued an arrest warrant in addition to taking away custody of their daughter from Joseline.
Stevie has been posting photos with Bonnie on social media.

But Joseline filed new court documents of her own asking a judge to order Stevie return their daughter Bonnie Bella Jordan. Joseline says the court and Stevie knew she was in California working and couldn’t physically be in court when the warrant was filed. She claims despite knowing this the judge sided with Stevie and issued the arrest warrant.
Joseline is denying Stevie’s allegations about denying him visitation time with their daughter and is demanding the arrest warrant be thrown out and primary physical custody be restored to her immediately.
