Reality star Stevie J is asking a judge for primary custody and child support from his ex Joseline Hernandez for their 3-year-old daughter Bonnie Bella.
According to Bossip, Stevie is accusing his ex and former “Love and Hip Hop Atlanta” co-star Joseline of purposely keeping him out of Bonnie’s life. The former Bad Boy producer filed some court documents earlier this week accusing Hernandez of “parental alienation” after she moved to Miami and refuses to allow him to see or speak to their daughter or have any say in her upbringing. Jordan says this is a complete violation of their paternity agreement.
In court documents obtained by Bossip, Jordan alleges that Hernandez blocked him from having their Miami address and now he fears for Bonnie’s safety. He is asking a judge to appoint him as “guardian ad litem” because he is more financially and mentally stable to care for the little girl and has a safe and loving home to raise Bonnie in.
Following Bonnie’s birth in December 2016, the former lovers embarked in a messy custody battle where they each accused the other of drug abuse, cheating, and violence. They eventually were able to come to a common ground last year where they both agreed to Hernandez having primary physical custody of Bonnie, with Jordan getting weekend visitation and a say on things including her schooling, healthcare, religion and extracurricular activities, court documents say.
But all that appears to have changed, and now Stevie wants a judge to step in. He also wants Hernandez to pay him child support if the judge awards him primary custody. A judge has yet to rule on Jordan’s request, Bossip reports.
