Rapper Remy Ma is completely unbothered by Brittany Taylor’s assault claims because she has evidence that will shut down the entire investigation.
According to TMZ, Remy’s legal team claims to have visual evidence that will force prosecutors to drop the entire case. The rapper’s attorney, Dawn Florio, says the security cameras installed in Remy’s house show that she was home at 9:30 PM on April 16 — the same time Brittney Taylor claims Remy punched her backstage during a concert at NYC’s Irving Plaza.

Florio says prosecutors were “dumbfounded” in court last week when Remy’s legal team claimed to have evidence to support that she was nowhere near the alleged assault. Remy’s lawyer is confident that once the security footage is reviewed, Taylor’s case will be tossed out and Remy will be cleared of her misdemeanor assault charges.
In addition to Remy’s evidence, Florio says Irving Plaza has no surveillance footage that supports Taylor’s claim that she was assaulted in the green room area by Remy. To make matters even worse for Taylor, Florio claims to have obtained a timestamped photo taken hours after the night of the alleged assault that shows Brittney with no visible marks on her face.
Florio says Remy didn’t arrive at Irving Plaza until around 10:45 PM, just 15 minutes before she was scheduled to perform at 11. Taylor claims the alleged assault happened around 9:30 PM.
News of the evidence comes just a few days after Remy turned herself in to authorities last week and was booked for misdemeanor assault.
