Looks like “Love & Hip Hop NY” stars Remy Ma and Brittney Taylor have a real-life storyline brewing up without any cameras rolling.
According to TMZ, Taylor is moving forward with a lawsuit against Remy following claims that she received a nasty black eye at the hands of the “All The Way Up” rapper. Taylor and her legal team are requesting that Irving Plaza and the NYPD preserve surveillance footage of the incident.
News of this comes a few after Taylor filed legal docs asking the concert venue and authorities to hold on to video, photographs, investigative reports and all other evidence in connection to her alleged altercation with Remy.
The alleged encounter went down during Pretty Lou’s Benefit Concert on April 16. Taylor claims Remy punched her in the right eye following an exchange of words of over Remy’s daughter Dejanae. Brittney went to the hospital for treatment and filed a police report shortly after.
No arrests or charges have been filed, while Remy’s sources say there is no evidence of Taylor’s claims. However, Remy has recently been spotted wearing an ankle monitor.
